  RETURN POLICY

  Brewers Connection works to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. A happy customer is a customer that returns. We do recognize that mistakes are made and that returns and exchanges happen. We want you to know our staff strives to make a “return or exchange” unnecessary. Our staff works to ensure that the product you are buying is free of any defects before allowing the product to leave the shop. Our policy is as follows:  
 
. The customer may request to return most products within 30 days of original purchase date.
. A copy of the original sales receipt and credit card receipt is required.
. We're sorry but we don't accept returns on most ingredients after 10 days.
   
. All returns must be in new unused condition and include all original packaging, paperwork and have all tags still attached.
   
. We do not accept any returns on glass. Brewers Connection is not responsible or liable for broken glass. Glass carboys, Fermenters and bottles are thoroughly inspected by the staff in front of the customer at the time of the sale.
   
. Manufacturer warranties are honored, however we ask that the customer contact the manufacturer first to verify the problem. If there's an obvious product defect caused by a failure of workmanship, direct or equal replacement will be made.
   
. Returns will be assessed a 10% restocking fee. Exchanges or store credit will not be charged a restocking fee provided the return is in new unused condition and includes all original packaging, paperwork and tags are still attached.
   
. Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
   
. Custom items such as tubing and certain ingredients will not be refunded or exchanged. (Custom indicates that the item was fabricated based on measurements and / or details provided at the time of ordering.)
 
 

We do recognize that mistakes are made. If a Brewers Connection staffer does make a mistake, such as not fulfilling your request properly or not selling the right product, we will either exchange or refund your purchase.

 
 

If you have bought the wrong item and would like to return and exchange it for store credit, items unopened in original packaging will be exchanged for up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Refunds on returns of this nature will incur a 10% restocking fee if paid using a credit card.

 
 

Refunds can only be credited to the credit card used to make the purchase. Due to limitations, if you used cash for your purchase of amounts greater than $30.00 (thirty dollars) 3-5 business days will be required for a check to be issued.
