	Get accurate test readings with this High Precision acid testing kit. This complete acidity test allows for the easy determination of tartaric acids levels in must or wine. With the use of Iodic solution, this kit can also be used to determine free SO2 content as well. Iodic solution must be ordered separately however, and is usually a special order item. *NOTE* Due to it's poor shelf life, please call and check with us on delivery time. The kit includes calibrated 20 ml glass test tube w/ stand. Direct reading in grams tartaric/liter. Includes bleu indicator solution and litmus papers.
