Traditional aroma hop.A chance seedling selected in 1875 by Mr. Richard Fuggle in England. Drown around the world today, sometimes called Styrian Golding. Typical Alpha Acid is 4-5.5%. This classic hop from the U.K. is a traditional English aroma hop with a mild and pleasant, yet a spicy, soft, and woody aroma. Very well rounded flavor and aroma. Used primaraly for finishing and dry hopping in English ales, especially Pale ales, Porters, Stouts. |
