| This high-alpha variety is a very promising new hop for the Brewing Industry. Bred at the Hop Research Institution in Hüll, Germany in 1980. It is a very good hop for bittering with acceptable aroma properties. It is a cross between the American variety Galena and the German Hallertau male 75/5/3. The Alpha acids range from 10-12.6%, One of the better kept secrets. | ||
