  The classical “noble” aroma hop with long and strong traditions, associated with the renowned Pilsner lager. One of the true noble aroma type varieties grown mainly in the Zatec region of the Czech Republic. Saaz means Pilsner to brewers around the world. This spicy aroma hop is unmatched when it comes to finishing lager beers! Clones are also grown in Poland and Ukraine. Alpha Acids range from 3-4.5%. Very mild aroma with pleasant hoppy notes. Used mainly for finishing. You will find this hop in Bohemian-style beers, Continental lagers, Wheats, and Pilsener lagers.
