The fine wines of Burgundy and Bordeaux could not be further apart in terms of what "makes them tick". While Bordeaux is dominated by large estates each producing a classic red wine, Burgundy is composed of thousands of small-scale growers, often with only tiny parcels of land. Vino del Vida Bourgeron Rouge™, a Burgundy, is a smooth, round, easy-drinking dry wine with fresh berry flavor and light oak. A wine of medium structure, not a great deal of tannin, but very engaging. Look for a smooth fresh blackberry and black cherry fruit on the nose and a lovely undertone of smoky, bacony, and Asian spice notes.
