Danstar Nottingham Ale Yeast

This yeast is Known for its high degree of flocculation. It settles out very quickly and firmly. Quick fermentation at 65-72F. It's very clean and only very slightly fruity but also tastes and smells nutty in the finish. A great yeast for all types of ales, but best in Stouts and Porters.
